Dear Bowen Family Homes,

We would like to thank you for our home buying experience. We moved here from out of state very uneasy about a new town and new people. Our four kids were scared about living in a new home as well as moving out of state away from everything they ever knew.

The first weekend we came down to look for a house, we expected to see several neighborhoods and take home several home plans to consider. When we came to Mill Creek Plantation, we finally knew what every meant by “Southern Georgia Hospitality”. Lori and Brandi in the sales office were so friendly and welcoming. We felt right at home the first weekend we were here in Georgia. Our boys just loved the neighborhood with all the amenities. Not only did Lori and Brandi help us find our house here in Georgia, but also they helped to make it a home. This is our third house that we have owned and it was by far the most enjoyable experience.

Of course, there will be bumps along the road, but Lori and Brandi made them seem like pebbles. They were always able to take care of any items we wanted changed or added. Joey, the head person who over sees the construction of the houses, always went above and beyond to help us. He was always available to stop by and help with anything that ever needed to be complete. I do not believe we ever heard the word “no” from him. He always tried to make whatever we needed happen. Thanks Joey!

It was very hard to leave North Carolina and move our family to a new state, but we have been so happy here in our new home for over a year now. Our kids love the neighborhood and the schools near by. We would recommend this neighborhood or any Bowen Family Homes neighborhood to everyone. Actually, we already have several times.
