To apply for a lease with Xchange Leasing or reserve a rental vehicle with Hertz you must sign up to drive with Uber including undergoing a screening process and submitting a valid driver's license. After you're approved to drive, you can apply for a lease or reserve a rental.
Additionally, to apply for a lease, you must consent to a credit application.
To apply for a rental, there is no credit check if you pay with a credit card, but you must be at least 25 years old.
