Why waste horsepower spinning a heavy steel flywheel? For the best acceleration and quickest throttle response, Fidanza lightweight aluminum flywheels are a must. Fidanza uses only the highest quality materials including 2024 T3 (aircraft grade) billet aluminum and a 1050 high carbon steel friction insert, fastened by stainless steel rivets. Some late model applications using a Dual Mass flywheel from the factory, are non machine-able and must be replaced when replacing a clutch. Fidanza Flywheels are a lower cost, better performing alternative, that can be re-surfaced.
