Hendry Zinfandel Block 7

The flavors of this wine are reminiscent of bright red cherries, blackberries and milk chocolate with floral notes. Subtle spices are also apparent. The French oak is well integrated, adding a layer of complexity and refinement to the wine. It has a round mouth feel and the supple fine tannins that are characteristic of Block 7.

Joffre' Chardonnay

One of the finest Chards from Argentina. Its clean and fresh with penetrating green apple and pear lime and limestone scents and flavors and very appealing purity adn intensity. Though the wine goes through malolactic fermentation any buttery creamy qualities are subdues in favor of ripe rich flavors. A few minutes in the glass add beguiling floral and spicy touches that linger through a stony fairly austere finish.

Joffre' Malbec

Joffre Malbec has an intense red color with a plethora of blue hues, with huge aromas of strawberry, cherry and raspberry with a hint of spice and delicate notes of jam, vanilla and chocolate. Full bodied and well balanced with mild tannins which provide a long elegant finish.

JM Cellars Columbia Cuvee Red

This is the fourth vintage of this traditional Bordeaux-style blend. The 2003 blend is 50% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Cabernet Franc and 5% Malbec. The CuvTe has aromas and flavors of cherry and berry fruits, with a hint of oak spice and dried herbs.

Jarvis Winery Cabernet Sauvignon

Shows rich ripe flavors and complexity of fruit from start to finish. Just after fermentation this wine received an extended period of skin contact, which moderates the tannins. Twenty-four months of aging in new French oak barrels contributes a beautiful toasty vanilla character to its rich raspberry intense aroma. Once in a bottle, this wine received an additional 3 years of cave aging, allowing it time to develop in the bottle and be ready to drink upon release. With proper cellaring, the 750ml full size bottles should continue to mature beautifully through 2013.

Laura Hartwig Cabernet Sauvignon

Laura Hartwig is amongst the top elites of the Chilean wine labels. The vineyard was bought in 1928 and Don Alejandro Hartwig and his wife, Laura Bisquertt planted the first vines in 1979. The Cabernet is ntense ruby red with a rich nose of red berries, cherry and blackberry, framed by vanilla and chocolate, a jam character. Rich, full-bodied with corresponding blackberry notes, depth and richness on the finish.
