Fermented to complete dryness, the Coraz=n Gewurztraminer is bottled in the spring following the vintage. Made this way, Gewurztraminer cries out for food. Very aromatic, the mouthfilling flavors of pear, lychee nut, rose petal and grapefruit are balanced by snappy acidity. Coraz=n is derived from the ancestral form of Corison's family name and means heart in Spanish.


C. G. Di Arie Syrah Sierra Foothills

This wine has a deep color and a classic Syrah aroma of green & black peppercorn combined with a woodsy and pine character. The flavor is a concentrated dark berry fruit almost like dried cherries and cranberries. The fruit flavor intensifies in the mid-palate becoming very complex, picking up some herbal nuances. The wine finishes with a long and lingering finish adding baking type spicy flavors combined with smoky and almost meaty notes.


C. G. Di Arie Zinfandel Amador County

This is a well balanced wine fully extracted with deep color and typical varietal flavor and aroma. It has dark berry aromas which complexes with spicy and floral elements. The dark berry fruit forward progresses to cherry, plum and chocolate in the mid-palate while the bold finish lingers pleasantly long after the wine is consumed.
